How long will it take for my order to ship?

• PRE-ORDER items will take between 3-4 weeks after drop closes.
• In stock items will be shipped between 2-4 days after order is placed.

Where is my tracking?

• You will receive your tracking number in your email as soon as your order is ready to ship. 

Do you offer exchanges or refunds?

• No, all sales are final.

I received a defective item, what can I do?

• Please email us with the contact form with your order number and photos of the item(s) that are defective. 

How do I wash your apparel?

• We suggest using cold wash and low heat dry or hang dry.
